Profil

The 4-star campsite "Camping Mauterndorf", which was newly-built in autumn 2002 , is located in the centre of "Lungau", directly at the federal road B 99 near the motorway (it is 15 km to the motorway A10 - you do … not need snow chains). With its unique provision, its extensive programmes for children, adolescents and adults the campsite can fulfil all your wishes (especially for families). Sauna, solarium, steam bath - enjoy these facilities after a trip to the skiing area Grosseck-Speiereck (nearby) to end the day in a perfect way. You can also book connection for the internet, TV, satellite TV; There is also a guest-house with 30 beds (b&b or half board); sanitary cubicles for families, a cellar for your skis with a room for your ski boots; dressing tables, fitness-room, tumble dryer and a room to dry your clothes, a room for massages, a room for children; Winter: the campsite is located at the skiing area Großeck-Speiereck; there is a ski school (also for kids) at the camping ground; there is a sports shop and a ski rental at the campsite; "Aprée-Ski", the inn "Schialm" is next to us.; Summer: mountain railway is open from June to September; child care and programmes for adults; guided hiking, cycling, mountain-biking, and motorcycling tours, and walks to huts; visit the castle Mauterndorf; adventure swimming pools at Mauterndorf and Tamsweg;
